An Honest Approach
What is foreign to us can cause so many different emotions. It can overwhelm us to a point that it becomes hard to pinpoint which emotion is actually being brought to the forefront of our day. Fear is born from unknowns, which can cause a stand still or halted approach toward finding new and better ways of living. Sadness is the result of an under appreciation of what we do have, which is usually compared to what we don’t have, or what we have messed up previously.
Finding and understanding peace is something that is mistakenly compared to directionless angst, which lives in an entirely different realm of life. If we truly love something then we can agree that to hate it would be uncomfortable and painful. In reflection of that ideology loving ourselves enough to create happiness is truly understood through appreciating each effort placed into existence to obtain it.
The amount of happiness we experience will be a direct reflection of how much we love, and how real the love we place into the world is. We do not have to love out loud for it to be heard. We can love silently and appreciate the way it is felt in the same manner. However, The energy and excitement behind the emotions included is what matters and also what allows love to be felt in the way that we mean for it to.
What will you do today to find an honest approach toward creating change? How will you use the things that you love enough to have it all become worth the effort?
