Although common descriptions have become a normality, your way of dealing with things is unique to you.

The unaccepted way of uniquely living…The rebellious soul that lives differently then the version that people want to see fit. The strength of a giant created from rising from depths that show no escape. The trials and tribulations of life serve us with a wise outlook on what we can become if we feed off of the things that we are told we cannot. Although our experiences may be similar if not identical, there is a promise we make to ourselves when we allow our unique outlook an opportunity to play its part. The promise of believing leads to a great chance of achieving.

I can recall so many times that I sat under the same rain as others with no adequate covers to protect the things I wanted. My dreams and knowledge of self were non existent within the reflection of every drop. Storms approached and I did not know where to go or how to find shelter. My body hoped that the void would be filled by anything to find nothing that was capable. This led me to hit not only a rock bottom, but one that was drowning me at the same time. It was not until I realized that if I try to utilize tactics of others while finding myself, then I am seeing the things I wanted but sinking from them at the same time.

Clear skies are created and appreciated by clouded successes at first. We may not be able to see them for what they are, but with every success is a sun that dries up every problem. This is not to say that hard times will not continue, but it does support the fact that we will. Getting our feet on solid ground by believing in our own strength enough to dry the downpour and cut the anchors is what lets us soar with every step we are finally able to take.
