Our broken restraints represent our newfound opportunities.

The bindings that assist our darkness in entrapping our love, does so as long as we allow them the opportunity. We are the key masters in control of releasing all of our locked away promises and meaningful moments. The key to the locks that anchor us to a bottom, are the same keys that unlock what is needed for us to rise to the top.

I remember sinking not only physically, but into a darkness that engulfed the light that searched for me, as it waited for me to search for it. I spent years sifting through keys trying to find anything I could utilize to remove the compiled locks that this life had created over time. It was as if a lock called upon another lock for support while I struggled to figure out what way was up. It was not until I realized that I am not meant to look for a key, I am the key to every problem and solution that my life has come to know. I inserted my heart in everything I did and watched all of my restraints set me free while my demons remained stuck without any knowledge as to how I got away.

The only way to truly escape our misery is when use our heart to escape the darkness that tampers with our knowledge of self. Nothing and no-one gets to bind us to the things that we do not want. We will witness full control when we unlock the things we want by inserting the love where it belongs.
