There is always an opportunity to reform and revamp the way in which we live. Our quality of life depends on everything we plan to overcome and everything we follow through with to ensure that we do so. Being broken down is not always a bad thing. Oftentimes, the pieces that seem to hold the least importance are the ones that we need in order to put things back together. Everything matters when we are lost and nothing holds more importance than finding and utilizing what is needed to rebuild. Even if this means breaking things down enough to create new ways of living entirely.
I tried for so long to form a foundation to build a new life with no understanding of the materials I was being given while I felt as if my life withered away. The hope and love that I had previously used as a reason to try, became everything needed for my demons to have me see myself as a letdown, Or so I thought… I gave myself reasons to continuously approach the route of failing by feeling sorry for losing the strength inside of the person that I once was. What I did not see that I now do is that while life chipped away at me, it was never able to break me entirely. When I saw my broken pieces as opportunities to rebuild, life changed in the biggest ways needed to regain happy moments and a chance at change.
Overcoming things that we have previously given in to holds an importance that cannot be defined. It is an experience that must be felt and understood by facing a challenge head-on and telling it that it will no longer hold the power to break you. Learning to approach things in a manner where you understand that you are in full control is how all of your broken pieces come back to life and serve their purpose.
