It takes a small amount of light to provide a huge amount of guidance.

The things we need are provided at times when we need them the most.

Repeated acceptance of being stuck in darkness creates a recurring cycle of not having what it takes to turn life around. When we unwillingly sit in a sad place we eventually get tired enough to try new things. However, when we willingly sit in misery we surrender to our demons demands of not being able to try at all.

I accepted everything that summarized my demons mental warfare of the things that I had failed to become in a world of worthlessness. I found ways of exercising chaos to please an unyielding demons happiness. I found that if I clear my head for a moment long enough to focus that I could hold on to something that brought happiness. We learn to see that even the smallest peaceful moments shed enough light to allow our minds to be silent enough to think. Being able to stop and think instead of living in a numb mind allows us to look for the things that are trying to show us the way.

Light which helps us find the way to freedom illuminates darkness which tells the story of us once being lost. When we are able to appreciate our view on the things we are able to see it becomes somewhat natural to want to find out what comes next. We then can begin to understand what part we can play in making outcomes become something that we want it them to be.

What will you do today to let the silent moments and understanding of light create the inner workings of a new and improved way of living?
