An outlook is only worth it when your approach means more than your demons perspective
Game over is not an option as long as you have reasons strong enough to follow.
One of the most consistent occurrences in life is to find ways of being better than your last success. One of the hardest battles in life is facing yourself and finding ways to love what stares back. We become so entertained by the long term goal without realizing the short ones that get us there.
I remember learning to recognize fractures built into my journey as caution signs. They served as challenges that created a path worth taking the time to progress on. I stepped into areas that had darkness waiting to swallow my vision and cast a blinding darkness on my motivation. I eventually realized that moving quickly is not always the answer. The answer was in finding a pace while moving with awareness that makes a decision more transparent.
We hit resume when our life is placed on pause by becoming willing to pay attention. This is not just any attention, it is a focus on all of the moments we can avoid moving backwards by realizing how worth it we are. Every step along the way can help you as much as it can hurt you and you are in control of what direction you go. The only game over is the ones your demons will face when you get your feet up under you and move in your own strides.
What will you do today to find a way to understand the focus required to step forward in the ways that you want?
