Stop and Go depends entirely on your hunger for better days.

One small change for the better can be followed by so many more great things.

A domino effect is something that can help us understand the meaning behind changing one thing and witnessing a chain reaction of better things to follow. This works no differently on both sides of the emotional spectrum. In life when we get stuck in a maze of falling walls, it seems like everything around us is collapsing and pulling down hope with it.

I remember trying to hard to care and find hope through the smallest of things. At first, everything that should matter kept my mind alive. I told myself countless times that my family was every reason I would change. It became bitterly apparent that nothing could be seen as important enough for me to stop at my lowest point. I have never bowed down to anything and never will but my demons had my number until I pulled theirs, called BS, and fed them their own lies.

This resulted in the dominos being place in vertical position one by one within the decisions that I deserve to make for myself.

What will you do today to make sure that your domino effect is one full of happiness and pride behind what you are doing to find yourself?
