Love yourself through every reflection you are granted the ability to see.

Seeing is one thing, believing is everything else.

Who are we and how to we find out? We can appreciate a reflection through everything we look at. Our reflection becomes most clear when we look into a surface that is able to show us what we look like physically. It is so much more than that when you take the time to see that a reflection shows you everything about yourself no matter where you are looking to find it.

The biggest takeaway from this blog is to understand that when you see yourself. It is not just about looking externally to understand yourself. It is about understanding the living human inside of your physical being that wants to understand the happiness, peace, and love of a calm and hopeful soul.

I had a very hard time understanding this until I saw that I was not the shell of a person I had turned out to be through all of the struggles.
