The keys within your mind unlock the dreams within your heart.

Finding life within a mind that has laid dormant, can sometimes feel like trying to find a needle in a haystack. When we create facades around feelings that naturally radiate from within, we are essentially throwing the keys to our happiness down a well. In doing so, we allow these keys to continue to drown with no intention of understanding how much we are letting sink into hopelessness.

In my own experience my darkest and most enlightening experiences came through the simplicity of sitting in a bath tub. I found that everything about this process offered quiet and focused peace with my chaotic mind.Although it worked for some time, it was not a sustainable long term solution. My mind enveloped in the idea of water soothing my soul, became a place of hoping it would end it all. I am living on this planet to carry a message of hope and love extending from finding the keys needed to force open the rusted locks that have lied to us for so long.

Understanding this will allow you to escape a well and climb the highest of mountains within loving yourself every step of the way.
