The infamous “why”. Why did this happen and why does it continue to happen to me!? Through my experience within life’s twists and turns I could never find it in myself to point fingers at other people for being the reason. Finding the courage to accept yourself as the only person in making your decisions is the most satisfying portion of this process. To create movement within this attempt to live happy we must be willing to drive forward by understanding the part we played without look back.

I tried so many times to look back and see every single little thing that I did to create the outcome that I hated the most. In every one of those attempts I was overwhelmed in what I was not able to see and this drove me into the ground time and time again. I never blamed another human for what I had done, but I also was to naïve to see that I was the reason for the consistent madness. The day that I realized that I was in control of only myself and the touch points that I left in all that I did was the most defining moment I had experienced. It made me realize that my experiences will never change unless I do what is needed to make them.

People in life do disturbing, nasty, and unforgivable things. They leave their finger prints on your experiences as well, but do not hold the power to forbid you from making yours fiercer. I have plenty of people to look at and throw hatred towards, but that gets me no where fast. Instead let go and see these people as incapable of accomplishing what you are doing to better your life.
