You cannot clearly see if you remain tangled in your current issues.

How can we promote change if we remain ok with allowing failure to control everything?

What do we do when our passage looks like this photo? How can we believe in anything when everything seems impossible to breakthrough and the process seems to entangled to gain the stability to approach? We break out our damn change and we cut. We cut habits harder in these moments than we knew we are capable of. It does not take much when going through tough times to understand the comparison to this photo.

Things definitively seem like this mentally and it can become nearly impossible to try. The idea behind todays blog is that it is not about trying to cut out the habits that cause problems all at once. It is about accepting that the process may take longer, but focusing and removing one branch at a time. By trusting that this will be what makes the difference will create a clean cut as opposed to not removing the problems completely. You have to force yourself to see problems with the support of the end goal to make cutting them clear.

When you start to gain ground by removing one problem at a time, you start to see what clearly needs to change enough to extend your efforts to move forward. Think about it this way. While you are removing habits that cause problems, you are freeing up more of yourself to become more effective at continuing to do so.
